Swift Digital was incorporated in December 1991 by the now Managing Director Tony Evans. Since that time the company has increased its portfolio of services to providing a range of document management systems including solutions for photocopying, faxing, scanning, email and network printing.
Swift Digital are a family run business with a solid foundation for providing truly personal customer service which is at the heart of the company’s ethos. Our customers have a single point of contact with the company ensuring continuity of post sales and one telephone number for service, consumables and general enquiries.

Our task is to understand your existing systems and procedures and then to propose document solutions that enhance performance, reduce costs and carbon footprint.

A founding director of Swift Digital Services, Tony has been with the business since December 1991, during which time he has developed excellent relationships with customers across the region. Tony is also overall responsible for the day to day running of the business and helps to ensure best practice across all departments.
[email protected]A Co-founding member Phillip has direct responsibility for the company’s finances. Phillip has a wealth of knowledge and experience and runs his own accountancy practice.
[email protected]Andy has been with the business since 1991 and has over twenty five years experience in the field. He has direct responsibility to ensure the service department is at all times responsive to the needs of the client base and to ensure that the service team have up to date training and certification.
[email protected]Sue joins us with a wealth of experience in customer service and has worked in a variety of industries, including banking and food distribution. She looks after our contracts and credit control and likes to put herself in the customer’s shoes to try and help them as much as possible. Using her years of knowledge, she will help create efficiencies within the business and drive a greater understanding of the needs of our customers.
[email protected]Dawn joined us in October 2019 brings with her a huge variety of experience. She has a strong service administrator background, including accounts and customer service, from such environments as healthcare and commercial.
[email protected]Len brings a wealth of IT experience to Swifts IT and managed print portfolio. He has a passion for developing long term relationships with customers and ensures that projects are delivered within agreed deadlines.
[email protected]Within her role of Quality Assurance Manager, Annette is in constant contact with clients to ensure that service calls to machines are met within the 2-4 hour response levels. She is responsible for ISO 9001 and ensuring quality control across all departments.
[email protected]Ben has over 15 years experience within document solutions and information technology . He is fully certified with print management software and a history of working with varying different manufacturers. Ben heads up the newly formed print and document solutions division.
[email protected]Roger has a wealth of knowledge and experience and specialises in the colour capable products that are supported. Roger has been in the industry since 1983 having joined Swift from Canon in 2001.
