Since opening their first facility 10 years ago, Big Yellow Storage has grown to be one of the UK’s most successful companies. Listed with AIM in 2000, Big Yellow maintains a strong residency in the FTSE250 with a market capitalisation in excess of £200 million.
Big Yellow Storage could originally only be found in and around the London area, but recently they have opened stores in Leeds, Sheffield and Birmingham. This growth is intended to continue with 6 to 8 new stores being opened throughout the UK every year.

In fact Big Yellow’s average lettable area is approximately 60,000 square feet and it is worth pointing out that their Staples Corner, Bow and Fulham stores boast over 100,000 square feet.

Big Yellow choose Swift Digital
Big Yellow have chosen Swift Digital to supply, service and upgrade their systems with workgroup Kyocera devices which will scan, print, copy and fax. The contract will see Swift Digital service 55 of Big Yellow’s storage facilities along with their head office.
Swift Digital are well positioned to service this nationwide blue chip company who have also taken advantage of one of “Service Accent” which has been a recent key investment by Swift Digital. “Service Accent allows us to offer a range of functionality and solutions that will not only enhance and support our customers workflow, but can also save them money” explains Tony Evans, Swift Digital’s Managing Director.
