With over 20 years experience of each of our support staff, we are well placed to provide a comprehensive support package adapted for each individual customer, according to requirements.
All equipment the we supply, and provide service cover for, is supported by our unique 'Performance Guarantee'. Providing the equipment purchased has been covered by our Plain English Copier Service Contract since installation, we will give you the following guarantees:

Response to emergency service calls is guaranteed within an average of four working hours from the time we receive your call. This applies during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 8-30am to 5-30pm (Excepting Bank Holidays). We will also install a temporary replacement machine, free of charge, if your equipment is out of action for longer than nine hours.

If equipment purchased from us can be reasonably deemed, within three years of installation, not be performing the function for which it was intended, we will replace it with an identical or similar model, completely free of charge. The only condition that applies is that, the equipment must have been used in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and must not have been subjected to damage, whether accidental or deliberate.

If you have not complied with our terms of credit, then this agreement will not apply. However, one of the benefits of signing our Plain English Service Contract is that your account will not be subject to this condition. |
