and DeskTopBinder™ V2. In combination with Ricoh’s office automation devices,
ScanRouter™ V2 allows you to scan and archive analogue documents, and receive
faxes in a digital format. Documents can be sent via e-mail and received in a
designated folder.
DeskTopBinder™ V2 is your personal document portal that enables easy distribution,
management and retrieval of documents, by providing access to Ricoh’s MFPs,
printers, scanners, document management servers and network folders. Now you
can share information with your workgroup without having to search for it.
ScanRouter™ V2 and DeskTopBinder™ V2 are available in a Lite and Professional
version. The Lite version is bundled with some of Ricoh’s office automation
devices, while the Professional version is separately available.
